Wallace Giving Back to the Community

La Cocina VA is an organization that trains people to work in the food service industry, including ServSafe certification. Employees with this certification are required by most local health departments to operate a business in the food service industry. Lack of available trained employees is the number one concern of every restaurateur we work with. So, since early 2017, we have been working to support La Cocina VA in their mission to provide the talent needed by the industry we support.
