We were incredibly fortunate to find John Gardner and his team. We live out of town, and John went above and beyond to be our eyes, ears and advocate, ensuring our project was delivered on time, under budget and with incredible professionalism. John even attended countless meetings with our neighbors and landlord on our behalf, regarding delicate and complicated negotiations. Since that project, I always find myself lamenting aloud how much "I wish I could fly John Gardner here" to make this right! John sets the bar so high, and I've yet to find another GC in any city who cares so much to make a stressful situation as seamless as possible. ​
